Flynn Gold’s flagship 100%-owned Golden Ridge Project is located in north-eastern Tasmania, in a region that is interpreted to represent the southern extent of a geological domain known as the “Lachlan Orogen” – which hosts the rich Victorian Goldfields, including deposits such as Bendigo (22Moz), Ballarat (14Moz) and the spectacularly rich Fosterville Gold Mine (9Moz).

However, while this highly prolific geological domain has been extensively explored in Victoria, its southern extent – which extends into Tasmania – has been largely ignored for the past century. 

The Golden Ridge Project shows strong prospectivity for a large intrusive-related gold system, with historical gold workings and anomalies defined at multiple prospects along a +9km long granodiorite/sedimentary contact zone, which remains open along trend.

Flynn Gold’s drilling and exploration programs have returned exceptional high-grade intercepts along this +9km long contact zone, reinforcing the Project’s potential to host a large-scale gold system.

The Company’s core focus is on the 3.0km zone between the Brilliant and Trafalgar prospects, where Flynn has defined multiple high-grade veins, with some assaying over 100g/t Au.

In November 2024 the Company reported its maiden Exploration Target estimate for the 

Trafalgar, Brilliant and Link Zone prospects

The estimated range of potential mineralisation for the Exploration Target* is:

3.5 to 5.4 million tonnes grading at 3.0g/t Au to 4.0g/t Au for 449,000oz to 520,000oz of contained gold
