This is an investor conference presentation, so our update is a little different this time: a snapshot of where things stand across our two Tasmanian projects, Golden Ridge and Firetower, rather than a single new result.

At Golden Ridge, we've lodged a Mining Lease Application covering the Brilliant and Trafalgar prospects, including a proposed processing site on 70 hectares of cleared land. Resource definition drilling started in August 2026, and we've also signed a non-binding Ore Purchase Agreement with the Henty Gold Mine, which could offer a lower-cost path to production by selling ore or concentrate rather than building our own plant. A first bulk sample from Golden Ridge has gone to Henty for processing testwork, with results still pending. The current exploration target for Golden Ridge sits between 449,000 and 520,000 ounces of contained gold, but this is a conceptual estimate only. There hasn't been enough drilling yet to classify it as a Mineral Resource, and we can't say whether further drilling will get it there.

At Firetower, drilling continues to return gold and tungsten intersections along a 6-kilometre zone that's still largely untested. We're targeting a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate there in the second half of 2026, with a similar estimate for Golden Ridge targeted for the first half of 2027.

Alongside this, we're running a one-for-three renounceable rights issue to raise up to $3 million, underwritten to $1.5 million, with funds earmarked for the Golden Ridge drilling programme and working capital. That offer closes 21 October 2026.

If you'd like to know more about any of this, we're glad to take your questions through the investor hub.

This is an investor presentation covering our two advanced projects in Tasmania, Firetower and Golden Ridge, and it sets out why we believe both are building towards meaningful gold discoveries.

At Firetower, recent drilling has returned high-grade gold and tungsten results, including 9.64m at 2.49g/t Au, 0.29% WO3 and 0.52% Cu, sitting above an earlier intercept of 17m at 2.3g/t Au and 0.51% WO3. We're now working through metallurgical testwork and a geophysical review, with a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate targeted for 2026.

At Golden Ridge, we've lodged a Mining Lease Application over the Brilliant and Trafalgar prospects, which includes a proposed processing site that could become a longer-term gold processing hub for the region. An exploration target of 449,000 to 520,000 ounces of contained gold has been defined, though we want to be clear this is conceptual: it's based on a higher-grade veins model only, there hasn't been enough exploration yet to estimate a Mineral Resource, and it's uncertain whether further work will get us there. Drilling is now underway at Brilliant, with 21 holes approved for 2,500m, and we're targeting a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate in the first half of 2027.

We've also signed a non-binding Ore Purchase Agreement with Henty Gold Mine, which sets out terms under which Henty could buy ore or concentrate from us for processing at its facility. Being non-binding, this is a framework rather than a locked-in outcome, and further studies on mining and processing options still need to happen.

As at 30 June 2026 we held cash of $1.12m, with 608.6m shares on issue and a market capitalisation of around $12.2m at the $0.02 share price quoted on 3 September 2026.

If you have questions about anything in this announcement, we'd welcome you asking them through the investor hub.
