Managing Director and CEO Neil Marston commented:
“With the recently announced Mining Lease application and the non-binding ore purchase
agreement with Henty Gold Mine, we now have a clearer pathway to advance the Golden Ridge
Project. The approved drilling program set to commence next week at the Brilliant Prospect
marks the first concrete step in that process. The program will start with one drill rig, and we
are looking to add further rigs in due course to fast-track the drilling at Golden Ridge.
“Our latest trenching results have confirmed a coherent near-surface gold footprint over more
than 110 metres of strike which is open to the north-east and beyond the area of previous
drilling.
“The upcoming program is designed to better define near-surface mineralisation along strike
and then systematically test the system at depth. Drilling results will support a Mineral Resource
Estimate at Brilliant and allow us to assess mining options as part of a potential low-capex
development pathway.
“Defining a resource at Brilliant is the first step in a systematic plan which will include follow-up
resource definition drilling at Trafalgar as well as exploration drilling of the largely untested 3km
trend between the two prospects.
“Intrusive-related gold system type deposits are globally known to be very large. The extensive
footprint of gold anomalism at Golden Ridge, which includes our discoveries at Brilliant and
Trafalgar, provides strong evidence that this is another large IRGS system.”
Brilliant Prospect – Background
The Brilliant Prospect forms part of Flynn Gold’s flagship Golden Ridge Project in northeast
Tasmania. Exploration by the Company has identified gold mineralisation associated with an
extensive intrusive-related gold system (IRGS) defined along a 9km zone following the
southern contact margin of the Golden Ridge Granodiorite with the hornfelsed Mathinna Group
metasediments (Figure 1).
In November 2024, the Company reported an Exploration Target in accordance with the JORC
Code (2012) including the Trafalgar, Brilliant and Link Zone prospects1
.
The combined Exploration Target is estimated at 3.5 to 5.4 million tonnes grading 3.0 to 4.0
g/t Au for 449,000 oz to 520,000 oz of contained gold.
The Brilliant component of that Exploration Target is estimated at 1.4 to 2.2 million tonnes
grading 1.6 to 1.9 g/t Au for 82,000 oz to 115,000 oz of contained gold.
The size and grade of the Exploration Target is conceptual in nature and therefore is an
approximation. There has been insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource and it
is uncertain if further exploration will result in the estimation of a Mineral Resource. The
Exploration Target has been prepared and reported in accordance with the 2012 edition of the
JORC Code.
1 See FG1 ASX Announcement dated 14 November 2024 for full details.

info@flynngold.com.au | www.flynngold.com.au
The combined Exploration Target only encompasses areas where Flynn has drill-tested vein
mineralisation at Trafalgar, Brilliant and Link Zone and does not include areas of anomalous
soil geochemistry, which the Company considers to be highly prospective for further gold
mineralisation.
Figure 1 – Golden Ridge Project – Geology and Prospect Locations
Brilliant is the first of the Golden Ridge Exploration Target prospects to be advanced toward a
maiden Mineral Resource Estimate. Planning is also underway for resource definition drilling
at the Trafalgar prospect, as well as for a larger step-out exploration program to test the highly
prospective zone between the two prospects.
At Brilliant, historical drilling has identified a significant gold occurrence associated with sheeted
and stockwork quartz-carbonate-sulphide veins in hornfelsed Mathinna Bed sediments over a
200m strike length, up to 40m wide and extending to a depth of over 200m.
Mineralisation remains open along strike and down-dip.

Brilliant Prospect – Trenching Results
The Company has recently completed the first part of a trenching and channel sampling
program targeting the north-eastern extension to the Brilliant gold mineralisation. Results from
the first trenches have confirmed a broad footprint of anomalous gold extending northeast along
strike of previous drilling over a strike length of more than 110 metres (Figure 2).
These results define a near-surface mineralisation footprint that underpins priority targeting for
the upcoming resource definition drilling program.
Significant channel sample intervals include:
• Trench BTR01A: 20m @ 0.60 g/t Au, including 9m @ 0.84 g/t Au
• Trench BTR01B: 28m @ 0.34 g/t Au, including 10m @ 0.53 g/t Au
• Trench BTR02: 33m @ 0.56 g/t Au, including 11m @ 1.04 g/t Au
• Trench BTR04: 32m @ 0.37 g/t Au, including 10m @ 0.77 g/t Au
Full details of trench samples are set out in Table 1 and Table 2.

info@flynngold.com.au | www.flynngold.com.au
Where previous drilling information exists below the southern-most trenches (BTR01A and
BTR02B), results indicate that gold mineralisation can extend to significant depth below the
surficial anomalous zones in trenches (Figure 3).
Figure 3 – Brilliant Cross-Section

Extensions of the anomalous gold in trenching to the northeast provides a strong vector for
extensional and in-fill drill testing where existing drilling coverage is limited. Significantly, the
anomalous gold results in previous drilling and new trenches defines a trend of gold
mineralisation consistent with the trend towards the Trafalgar prospect, located 2.5km along
strike to the northeast.
Brilliant Prospect – Planned Drilling Program
Approvals are in place for an initial 21-hole drilling program totalling approximately 2,500m at
Brilliant. The program is designed as a combination of in-fill and extensional drilling with the
following key objectives:
• Systematically test and better define the near-surface gold mineralisation confirmed by
recent trenching;
• Step-out strike and depth extension drilling;
• Generate geological and geotechnical information required to support mineral resource
estimation studies; and
• Assess the potential for mining gold mineralisation in the context of the low-capex
production pathway being evaluated under the Ore Purchase Agreement with Henty Gold
Mine.
Mobilisation of the diamond drill rig from the Firetower Project to the Golden Ridge Project is to
occur this week, with drilling at the Brilliant Prospect set to commence next week.
Large-Scale Exploration Upside and Planning
The Brilliant and Trafalgar prospects are located approximately 2.5km apart along the
prospective southern contact of the Golden Ridge Granodiorite with the hornfelsed Mathinna
Group metasediments. This contact zone hosts the current Exploration Target and represents
a high-priority focus for further exploration.
Significant sections of the contact between Brilliant and Trafalgar have received only limited
drill testing to date (Figure 1). The Company considers the zone to have strong potential for
additional gold mineralisation along strike and at depth.
Planning is currently underway to systematically drill test this contact corridor as part of the
broader strategy to grow and convert the Golden Ridge Exploration Target. The present drilling
program at Brilliant represents the first step in this progressive approach.
Next Steps
• Additional trenching to be completed at Brilliant prospect;
• Source RC drill rig to accelerate drilling activities;
• Finalise permitting and planning for resource definition and extensional drilling at Trafalgar;
• Finalise permitting and planning for exploration drilling program between Brilliant and
Trafalgar;
• Advance exploration of the broader contact zone as part of the IRGS strategy to grow and
convert the Golden Ridge Exploration Target;
• Continued advancement of environmental baseline studies within MLA 6M/2026; and
• Metallurgical studies.
Approved by the Board of Flynn Gold Limited.
