Renounceable Rights Issue to Raise Up to $3 Million
Summary
We're raising up to $3 million through a one-for-three renounceable rights issue, priced at $0.015 per share. That's a discount of 21.05% to our last traded price of $0.019 and 18.42% to the 5-day VWAP of $0.018. Mahe Capital has agreed to underwrite the raise to $1.5 million.
For every two new shares you take up, you'll receive one free attaching option, exercisable at $0.03 and expiring 30 months from issue. If you're an eligible shareholder in Australia or New Zealand holding shares on the record date, you'll be able to apply for your entitlement, apply for additional shortfall shares, or trade your rights on market from 25 September 2026.
The money raised will go towards finalising the mineral resource estimate at our Firetower Gold-Tungsten Project and continuing resource drilling at Golden Ridge in Tasmania, along with working capital and offer costs.
The offer is due to close on 15 October 2026, unless we extend it. A prospectus will be lodged with ASIC on 23 September 2026 and sent to eligible shareholders shortly after the record date. That prospectus, and the entitlement and acceptance form that comes with it, will have the full details you need to decide whether to take part.
As always, this is a decision for each shareholder to make based on their own circumstances, and the prospectus should be read carefully before acting.
