Application for quotation of securities - FG1

FLYNN GOLD LIMITED has submitted an application for the quotation of 59,904,800 ordinary fully paid securities under the ASX security code FG1. This follows a transaction announced in Appendix 3B on February 27, 2025, for which further issues are yet to take place pending shareholder approval.
