December 2024 Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 5B

At Flynn Gold Limited, we are pleased to report on our activities for the quarter ending 31 December 2024. Our focus remains on exploration projects in Tasmania and Western Australia, with significant progress made at the Golden Ridge Project in northeast Tasmania.

Exploration activities at Golden Ridge have yielded promising results, with the identification of a maiden Exploration Target for multiple prospects, indicating a potential mineralization of 3.5 to 5.4 million tonnes of gold. Further drilling is planned to expand the Exploration Target and potentially convert it into a Mineral Resource. Additionally, significant gold anomalies have been identified at the Grenadier Prospect, with plans for further exploration in early 2025.

In other projects, geophysical reviews have commenced at the Henty Silver-Lead-Zinc Project, and an Exploration License has been granted at the highly prospective Beaconsfield Gold Mine lease in Northeast Tasmania.

Our cash position at the end of the quarter was $0.75 million, and we have entered into an At-The-Market Subscription Agreement with Dolphin Corporate Investments Pty Ltd, providing us with up to $2 million of standby equity capital over the next three years.
