Golden Ridge: setting up the next phase of growth
Flynn Gold MD Neil Marston says the Company is currently digesting a significant body of new data from recent drilling and sampling at its Golden Ridge Gold Project in NW Tasmania, laying the groundwork for a more targeted 2026 exploration program.
Current activities…
· Detailed petrology and structural studies underway to better understand controls on gold mineralisation
· Multiple soil geochemistry and geophysical targets identified along a 9km prospective contact zone, many still untested by drilling
· Ongoing geological and resource modelling to refine future drill targeting
What’s changed?
Historically, exploration focused on high-grade veins only. But with gold now at all-time highs, Flynn is now reassessing the potential for broader, lower-grade sediment-hosted gold zones — opening the door to a possible open-pit development concept.
This shift could see additional RC drilling added to the 2026 program as Flynn works to unlock the full scale of Golden Ridge.
