Yilgarn
Flynn Gold’s three projects In the Yilgarn – Forrestania Li-Au, Lake Johnston Li-Au and Koolyanobbing Au-Li – are located in the Southern Cross province in proximity to several world-class lithium and nickel deposits.
The Forrestania Lithium-Gold-Nickel Project is located near the Mt Holland lithium deposit (Wesfarmers / SQM JV) and high-grade nickel deposits, Flying Fox and Maggie Hays. The project consists of one exploration licence and five exploration licence applications over 320km2.
The Lake Johnston Lithium-Gold Project is located near the Burmeister lithium discovery (TG Metals) and the Medcalf, Lake Percy and Mt Day Lithium projects. The project consists of 5 exploration licences over 116km2.
In December 2023, the Company secured a one-year option to purchase two exploration licences (42km2) at Parker Dome, located 50km north of the Mt Holland Lithium deposit.
The Koolyanobbing Project comprises one exploration licence and two applications targeting gold and lithium mineralisation over 82km2 in the Marda-Diemals greenstone belt.
All projects have been subject to limited to no exploration in most areas, particularly for lithium.
